No Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following policy regarding deposits and appointments:
- Deposit Requirement: The deposit secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable.
- Last-Minute Emergencies: In the event of a last-minute emergency, please understand that my time is valuable, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling or Cancellation: To reschedule or cancel your appointment and transfer your deposit, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within this period, the same deposit can be applied to your new appointment.
Loc Services
For your loc appointment, the time required will vary depending on the number of locs you have and their length. Here are the details:
Shampoo: 30-45 minutes
Retwist: 30-45 minutes
Dryer Time:Regular locs: 30-45 minutes
Longer locs: 45 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes
Loc Repairs
If repairs are needed, there are various methods available, each with different pricing:
- Stretched Loc Repair: A stretched loc may need to be cut off and reattached. Pricing starts at $25, depending on the severity.
- Hair Breakage Repair: Locs with hair breakage can be repaired with added hair. This service is priced at $15.
- Detached Loc Replacement: Detached locs can be replaced with the same loc. The cost for this service is $25.
- Hair Filling for Fullness: Locs that need additional hair for fullness will be charged $7 per loc.
Loc Extensions
For loc extensions, it is essential to book a consultation to ensure the best results. During the consultation, we will:
- Determine Part Size: Assess and decide on the appropriate part size for your loc extensions.
- Examine Hair Texture: Evaluate your hair texture to choose the best method.
- Select Method: Decide on the starting method that suits your needs:
